Rural houses, rooms, chalets and rental apartments in Bullas
There are a range of accommodation options for those planning a visit to Bullas.
These options all form part of the Rutas del Vino offering and can be booked by the night or for longer periods.
For further assistance contact the Tourist Office in Bullas.
Alojamientos Turísticos La Rafa
Located in the picturesque countryside by the River Mula, the site of La Rafa is named after the natural spring of the same name. It was this spring which originally supplied water to the population of the town of Bullas, and nowadays it is an ideal site to enjoy nature in a comfortable environment.
The 8 tourist apartments are in a converted building which was originally used by silk producers, and the spacious rooms are now equipped with full kitchens, fireplaces and a host of other facilities, and are decorated in natural wood.
The La Rafa site is also a popular venue for meetings, congresses and sports training camps, and offers a personalized, discreet and relaxed service.

Located on the banks of the River Mula between farmland and mountains, the Molino de Abajo is 1.5 kilometres outside the centre of Bullas. The renovated building is over 300 years old, and still contains all of the machinery from the days when it was a working mill powered by the water in the river.
The decoration is completed with homemade wall hangings, wrought iron and wooden furniture and items made from esparto grass. The walls are of white yeso and the floor is tiled with hand-made bricks, and contains guest room accommodation and cabins outside for rental. The furnishings are simple and basic, but the mill is clean and welcoming.
The Molino de Abajo also offers an A la Carte restaurant on site and is alongside a popular bathing spot.

The Casa María del Cartero is located in La Copa de Bullas, just a few kilometres from the main town, and is a fully restored traditional rural house.
The materials used in its construction include wood, stone and mortar made from the minerals which can be found in the surrounding countryside, and the comfortable interior is ideal for families or couples.

This country house is set in beautiful and tranquil countryside, and is surrounded by pine trees, eucalyptus, olive trees and aromatic herbs which ensure that it is perfectly integrated into its environment.
The 160-hectare plot on which it stands is on the lower slopes of the Sierra de la Silla, which in turn is part of a “ZEPA” birdlife protection zone and the Natura 2000 network site which is officially called “Sierra del Molino, Embalse del Quipar, y Llanos de Cagitan”.

This townhouse is located in Calle Santa María Magdalena, in the heart of the old town centre of Cehegín which was awarded “historical and artistic monument” status in 1982. Despite its central location, though, it is a peaceful and quiet retreat right in the middle of Cehegín, which forms part of the D.O Bullas area and has superb views due to its hillside location.
Just a few metres away is the Plaza del Castillo, which offers views right out over the plain above which the town of Cehegín rises, and among the nearby monuments which can be visited are the 18th-century Palacio de los Fajardo, the cloistered arcade which looks out over the square and the 17th-century building which now houses the archaeological museum. This last building traces the history of the area from pre-historic times through the Iberian and Roman cultures to the Visigoths and the Moors.( Click here for Cehegín)
